IF MOVING TO A NEW AREA
- Obtain school records for children
- Obtain birth records for all family members
- Obtain legal records
- Obtain medical records
- Bank: transfer funds to new institution
- Have prescriptions re-filled before leaving
DON'T FORGET TO...
- Make arrangements with moving company
- Leave keys, garage door remotes, alarm codes with agent
- Leave all manuals for appliances in kitchen drawer
