Background and experience:
Ingrid Powell
Most recently Ingrid focused on the sales of properties in the Pasadera Country Club. Previously, she was on the sales team for
the marketing and sales for the Pasadera Development Company. Ingrid pursued a variety of professional paths that demonstrated
her passion for public interest work. Between 1999 and 2001,
Ingrid was Director of Volunteer Resources at Filoli Center, a nonprofit agency responsible for maintaining a National Trust
property in Woodside, California. As Director of Volunteer Resources, Ingrid developed the volunteer base. Prior to becoming
the Director of Volunteers she served as President of the Friends of Filoli. Managing a staff of 1000 volunteers Ingrid served on
the board of the Peninsula Children's Auxiliary, a nonprofit agency dedicated to raising awareness about the needs
of autistic children. Ingrid was a board member of the Institute for Research on Women and Gender at Stanford University, one of
the nations oldest and most preeminent research organizations devoted to the study of women and gender. Ingrid first gained
experience in the Real Estate profession when she worked at Cornish & Carey in Los Altos. Ingrid has also served as a private
trust management consultant. Throughout the 1970s, Ingrid was the International Sales Manager of the Far East Order Processing
Division of Hewlett Packard.
Craig Powell entered the Real Estate profession with over 30 years of High Technology sales, marketing, and Management. The last
10 years focused on Technology market research and consulting. Previously, Craig was in sales/management for technology companies
such as Hewlett Packard, Xerox, and AT&T. During this period Craig managed a Real Estate Investment/Rental program.
Between 1990 and 2000 the Powell's owned a landscape and design company in Los Altos, and currently are partners in C & I Design,
focusing on Architectural Exterior and Interior design services.
